Welcome and thank you for your interest in Angalabs Co. Ltd. (“Angalabs”) and our products and services (the "Products" or "Services"). These include but are not limited to:

This Privacy Policy describes how we use and disclose the information we collect from you through our website at (the “Site”) and our other service-specific websites, our products, applications and related services, and the HTML-formatted email messages that we send to you and other hyperlinks that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy also covers the use and disclosure of information we collect from you offline.

The information Angalabs collects
1. Personal Information

“Personal Information” is information that identifies you as an individual or relates to an identifiable individual, such as name, telephone number, and e-mail address. This information may be collected in a number of ways:

  • Through use of software designed and/or managed by Angalabs (Products and Services)

  • Offline, for example if you place a call to the Services team for inquiry/support

We need to collect this Personal Information in order to provide the requested Services to you. Both name and email addresses are necessary to create a user profile for logging into the application. If you do not provide the information requested, we may not be able to provide the Services.

If you disclose any Personal Information relating to other people to us or to our service providers in connection with the Services, you represent that you have the authority to do so and to permit us to use the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.


2. Location Data

The Actisales SFA application collects and transmits location data to enable the route-planning and navigation feature for merchandisers. This information is shared with the merchandiser's organization to help them verify that merchandisers adhere to the allocated zones and routes.

Location data is only collected when the application is running, and a prominent notification will be shown that the application is running, and runtime permissions requested from the user as well. If the user does not grant the application the permission to access their location, then the application cannot be used, in line with the expectation from the user's merchandising agencies.

The user's parent organization may review the collected location data from time to time to ensure that users only carry out merchandising activities within areas they are authorized to.


3. Other Information

“Other Information” is any information that does not reveal your specific identity or does not directly relate to an identifiable individual: The Site and Services do not currently support technology to respond to “do-not-track” browser signals, or other mechanisms to exercise choice regarding the collection of information about users’ online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services.

Why and How Angalabs uses Personal Information

Angalabs uses Personal Information in a variety of ways for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  1. Providing the functionality of the Services and fulfilling your requests: Angalabs uses the Personal Information you provide or that we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and provide all of the features and services found on the Services, We may use your Personal Information to contact you for administrative purposes, for customer service or product support purposes, or to allow you to send messages to another person if you choose to do so. We will engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you and/or to comply with a legal obligation.

  2. Analysis of Personal Information for business reporting and providing personalized services: Angalabs uses the Personal Information that you provide to understand and analyze the usage trends, interests, and preferences of our users, to improve the way the Services work and look, to better understand you so that we can personalize the Services and our interactions with you, and to create new features and functionality. We will provide personalized services with your consent or because we have a legitimate interest.

  3. Accomplishing our business purposes: We use your Personal Information for data analysis, for example, to improve the efficiency of our Services; for audits, to verify that our internal processes function as intended and are compliant with legal, regulatory or contractual requirements; for fraud and security monitoring purposes, for example, to detect and prevent cyberattacks or attempts to commit identity theft; for developing new products and services; and for enhancing, improving, or modifying our current products and services. We also use Personal Information for identifying usage trends, for example, understanding which parts of our Services are of most interest to users; for determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns, so that we can adapt our campaigns to the needs and interests of our users; and for operating and expanding our business activities. We engage in these activities to manage our contractual relationship with you, to comply with a legal obligation, and/or because we have a legitimate interest.

When and Why Angalabs discloses Personal Information

We disclose your Personal Information as necessary or appropriate, especially when we have a legal obligation or legitimate interest to do so.

  1. To comply with applicable law, respond to requests from public and governmental authorities, and to cooperate with law enforcement: Angalabs discloses your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws (such as U.S. Copyright law), which can include laws outside your country of residence. We also disclose your information in response to requests from public and governmental authorities, such as a court order, judicial or other government subpoena or warrant, to cooperate with investigative or law enforcement activity, or to provide information we think is important. These can include authorities outside your country of residence.

  2. For other legal reasons: Angalabs also discloses your information that we believe, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to take precautions against liability; to protect Angalabs and others from fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful uses or activity; to investigate and defend ourselves against any third-party claims or allegations; to enforce our terms and conditions; to protect the security or integrity of the Services; or to protect the rights, property, security, and/or safety of Angalabs, our users, or others.

  3. In connection with a sale or business transaction: Angalabs has a legitimate interest in disclosing or transferring your Personal Information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with bankruptcy or similar proceedings). Such third parties may include, for example, an acquiring entity and its advisors.

  4. Angalabs’s Uses and Disclosures of Other Information: We may use and disclose Other Information for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. If we are required to treat Other Information as Personal Information under applicable law, then we may use and disclose it for the purposes for which we use and disclose Personal Information as detailed in this Privacy Policy. In some instances, we may combine Other Information with Personal Information. If we do, we will treat the combined information as Personal Information as long as it is combined.

How Angalabs handles Personal Information
  • All personal or sensitive user data is handled securely, being encrypted when in transit (over HTTPS) and also encrypted in storage.

  • We do not sell personal and sensitive user data

  • Following the termination of a contractual engagement between a merchandising agency and Angalabs, all collected data pertaining the agency is deleted and an archived copy retained for a minimum of 5 years.
